REFUND POLICY

‘Same day’ rental transactions are refundable; beyond the day the lease is signed, all rental transactions are final. If you rent a storage unit/space, you are not entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the rental period for which you have paid, including prepaid rent on additional months. Customers may rent on a monthly basis. The rental period starts on the day the lease is signed and continues through end of the initial term as agreed upon in the lease agreement and then rolls into a month-by-month rental agreement. In the event your account is overcharged due to an error, we will refund your account after being notified of the discrepancy. Customer transfers to a different unit/space are eligible for unused portions of paid rent and pre-paid rent to be transferable to the customer’s new unit/space.
